What We Collect

The free estimate form asks for the kind of cleaning you want, how often, roughly how big the home is, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, any add ons, your name, your phone number, your email address, the town or address of the home, a preferred date if you have one, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to write in the notes box.

Nothing on this site asks for a card number, a bank detail, or a social security number, and we would never ask for any of them by email.

If you call, text, or email us instead, we have whatever you tell us in that message and your phone number or email address.

Why We Collect It

To work out an estimate for your home and send it to you, and to reach you about scheduling the work. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone who wants to advertise to you.

Who Sees It

Thais and Joseph, who run the business and do the cleaning.

The agency that built and maintains this website receives a copy of estimate requests, so a form that stops working gets noticed and fixed.

Resend, the service that delivers the email from the form, and Vercel, the company that hosts this site. Both handle the message in the course of delivering or serving it.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits, see which pages are read, and measure how quickly pages load. Both report in aggregate, neither sets a cookie, and neither builds a profile of you by name.

This site runs no advertising trackers and sells nothing about you to anybody.

How Long We Keep It

Estimate requests stay in our email so we have a record of what was quoted and what was agreed. Clients on a regular schedule stay in our contacts for as long as we are cleaning for them.

Ask us to delete what we hold and we will, unless we need to keep a record of work already done.

Your Choices

Call or text 717-831-2653, or email tnegreiro185@gmail.com, to ask what we have, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us.

You never have to use the form. The phone number and the email address do the same job.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging house cleaning. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Last updated September 20, 2026.
